From Cleveland, Alabama, head west on AL Hwy 79. Turn onto Swann Bridge Road. Follow Swann Bridge Road to the bridge. Parking is limited and available on the side of the road. It is easier to park on the north side of the bridge. There are no parking fees.

From the center of Cleveland, Alabama, follow AL Hwy 79 west. Turn onto Swann Bridge Road and walk to the bridge. The walk is approximately 1 mile. Be aware of vehicle traffic on the road. There are no sidewalks.

After being closed in 2009 due to safety concerns, it was meticulously restored and reopened in 2012.Today, the Swann Covered Bridge is a popular destination for those seeking natural beauty and a touch of history.
