Foley Welcome Center: Your Coastal Alabama Gateway

The Foley Welcome Center is more than just a place to grab brochures; it's the gateway to experiencing the charm and excitement of Foley and the Alabama Gulf Coast. Located in the heart of downtown Foley, at the corner of Alabama 59 and U.S. 98, the Welcome Center is easily accessible and offers a wealth of information for visitors.Inside, friendly staff are ready to provide personalized recommendations based on your interests, whether you're seeking family-friendly activities, historical sites, or outdoor adventures. You can pick up maps of the historic downtown area, browse brochures for local attractions, and check the events calendar for festivals, concerts, and other happenings.The building itself has a history, having served as Foley's public library from 1927 to 1984. It was expanded and remodeled in 1962, and later housed the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce before becoming the city's Welcome Center in 2013.From the Welcome Center, you can easily explore Foley's downtown area, including the L&N Railroad Depot, which now houses a museum.
