Maple Hill Park: Huntsville's Historic Playground

Maple Hill Park, located at 1351 McClung Ave SE in Huntsville, Alabama, is a unique destination that combines recreational opportunities with a rich history. This 8.64-acre park provides a space for outdoor activities against the backdrop of Huntsville's oldest and largest cemetery, Maple Hill Cemetery. From 1945 to 1955, the land was a stone quarry.
