Driving
From Guntersville, AL, head north on AL-227 N/Gunter Ave toward Lake Guntersville State Park. Continue to follow AL-227 N for approximately 6 miles. Once inside Lake Guntersville State Park, follow the signs to the Beach Complex. Parking is available near the beach. A day-use entrance fee of $5 per adult is required to enter the park. Parking is free once inside the park.
Walking
If you are staying at the Lake Guntersville State Park Campground, the Beach Complex is within walking distance. Follow the paved paths from the campground towards the lake. The beach is located near the Beach Pavilion. Note that the walk from certain campsites could be up to 1 mile.
