Car
From Boga Alpine Resort, head northeast on the local road toward the main road E80. Drive for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the E80 junction. Turn left onto E80 and continue driving for about 20 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and small villages. Once you reach the town of Ulcinj, follow the signs towards Fort Lesendro, which is about 10 kilometers further along the coast. The fort is located near the beach, and parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation
Start from Boga Alpine Resort and take a local bus to the nearest town with bus connections, which is likely to be Shkoder. Once in Shkoder, look for buses heading to Ulcinj. The journey may take around 1 to 1.5 hours. After reaching Ulcinj, you can either walk to Fort Lesendro, which is about 10 kilometers away, or take a local taxi for a more convenient option. Expect to pay around 10-15 Euros for the taxi ride.
