Walking
From Durrës city center, head towards the coast along Rruga Dritan Hoxha. Continue straight until you reach the beach promenade, where you will see the sea on your left. Follow the promenade towards the west for about 1 km until you reach the end of the beach. At the end of the promenade, you will see Rruga Abdulla Tabaku. Turn right onto Rruga Abdulla Tabaku and walk for about 300 meters. The observation deck will be on your left at number 13.
Public Transport
From the Durrës bus station, take a local bus towards the city center and get off near the beach area. From there, follow the walking directions along the beach promenade to Rruga Abdulla Tabaku. Bus fare: approximately 40-50 Lekë.
