Public Transport
From Tirana, take a bus from the Southeast Bus Station towards Elbasan or Petrelë. The journey to Petrelë takes approximately 30-45 minutes. From the Petrelë bus stop, walk uphill along Rruga Petreles for about 1 km to reach the castle entrance. A bus ticket costs approximately 100 ALL.
Taxi
From Tirana city center, a taxi to Petrelë Castle takes about 20-25 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running; expect to pay around 1500-2000 ALL. The taxi will drop you off near the castle entrance.
Driving
From Tirana, head southeast on the SH2 highway towards Elbasan. After about 15-20 km, take the exit towards Petrelë and follow the signs. Once in Petrelë, look for Rruga Petreles, which leads to the castle. Parking is available near the castle. Parking fees may apply.
