Walking
From the center of Gjirokastër, start at the main square (Sheshi i Çamerisë). Head south on Rruga Ismail Qemali for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga Vangjel Zako. Turn left onto Rruga Vangjel Zako and continue for another 300 meters. You will reach a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Qeparo. Take a local bus heading to Qeparo, which should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Qeparo, ask locals for directions to Bitejova Cave, which is located near the coordinates 3R4M+9W, a short hike from the village.
