Walking
Start from the center of Gjirokastër, near the Ethnographic Museum. Head east on Rruga Ismail Qemali for about 150 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga Mangalem. Turn left onto Rruga Mangalem and continue walking for approximately 400 meters. You will come to a small square at the end of the street. From there, follow the signs towards the Gjirokastër Castle, which is located on a hill. Continue walking up the hill for about 600 meters until you reach the castle entrance. Once you are in the castle grounds, look for signs directing you towards the Temple of Apollo Roda.

From the Gjirokastër bus station, take a local bus heading towards the outskirts of town. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to the Gjirokastër Castle. Once you get off, walk up towards the castle entrance, which is about a 10-minute walk. Upon entering the castle grounds, follow the directional signs to the Temple of Apollo Roda, which should be clearly marked.
