From the city center, such as Skanderbeg Square, walk south along Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard. Continue past the University of Tirana, and you'll arrive at the Grand Park. Follow the paths around the lake to find Love Lock. The walk is approximately 2 kilometers and should take around 25-30 minutes.

From the city center, several bus lines can take you to the Grand Park. Look for buses heading towards 'Parku i Madh' or 'Liqeni i Tiranes'. Bus fare is around 40 Lek per ride. Get off near the park entrance and walk around the lake to find Love Lock.
