The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, head towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. No costs involved.

The Cloud, or Reja, is a striking art installation located in front of the National Gallery of Arts in Tirana, Albania. Designed by Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto, it was originally commissioned for the Serpentine Gallery in London in 2013 and later moved to Tirana in 2016.This unique structure resembles a giant, ethereal cloud, constructed from a delicate network of white steel bars. The Cloud spans 350 square meters and reaches a height of up to 7 meters, creating a semi-transparent canopy that provides shelter while allowing visitors to remain connected to the surrounding landscape. The pavilion has two entrances, inviting exploration and interaction.Visitors are encouraged to climb on top or find a seat underneath, offering a unique perspective of the city. The Cloud serves as a modern art space, hosting various cultural events and exhibitions, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and tourists.
