    The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, head towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. No costs involved.

  • Public Transport

    Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to The Cloud. A single bus fare is 40 Lek , and buses typically run from 6:00 to 23:00.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. An average taxi ride within the city shouldn't cost more than 500 Lek. Ensure the taximeter is activated at the start of the ride. Taxi fares generally start at 300 Lek for the first 1.5 km, with additional charges per kilometer and minute depending on the distance. Keep in mind that some taxi drivers may accept Euros, but it's advisable to pay in Lek for the best rate.

The pavilion has two entrances, inviting exploration and interaction.Visitors are encouraged to climb on top or find a seat underneath, offering a unique perspective of the city. The Cloud serves as a modern art space, hosting various cultural events and exhibitions, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and tourists. During the warm summer evenings, it transforms into an atmospheric stage for musicians and theater performances.The Cloud has become a symbol of Tirana's evolving identity, blending modern innovation with the city's rich heritage.
