The waterfall is located on the western slope of the Thethi valley.The waterfall begins at the foot of the Boshi mountain peak, where it forms a narrow, rocky trough through a limestone slope. The water then plunges from a height of 25 to 30 meters into a blue pond. The water originates from melted snow, making it icy cold. While the water level is often low and not ideal for swimming, a quick dip can be a truly refreshing experience. Be cautious, as the rocks around the waterfall can be slippery.The hike to Grunas Waterfall is a relatively easy, moderate trek from Theth village, typically taking around 45-50 minutes.
