If you are traveling by car from any location in the Razma Region, head towards the town of Razma and look for signs directing you to the main road, which is Route E762. Drive along E762 heading towards the town of Nikšić. Continue on this road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the junction for the M18 road. Take the M18 road towards the village of Podgorica. After approximately 10 kilometers, you'll see signs for Žabljak Crnojevića. Follow these signs, and the destination will be on your right. The drive should take roughly 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
