From Shkodra city center, head south on Rruga 28 Nëntori. Follow this road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with SH1. Turn left onto SH1 heading towards Kukës. After about 5 kilometers, take the exit towards Rruga e Kamicës. Continue on this road for about 7 kilometers until you reach the village of Kamicë. From here, look for signs leading to Shkoder Lake (Kamica view). The final approach involves a gravel road; drive carefully for about 2 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

From the main bus station in Shkodra, take a bus heading towards Kukës. This will cost around 200-300 ALL (approximately 2-3 USD). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Kamicë. The bus will drop you off at the village center. From there, you can either walk (about 2 kilometers) or hire a local taxi (approximately 500-700 ALL) to take you to the Shkoder Lake (Kamica view).
