Car
From the center of Shkodra, head southeast on Rruga Skenderbeu towards Rruga e Dajçit. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rruga Rozafa. Follow this road for approximately 2 km. You will see signs for Кalaja e Shkodrёs as you approach the fortress. There is a parking area available near the entrance; parking may incur a small fee of around 2-3 Albanian Lek.

Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Shkodra, take a local minibus or taxi that goes towards the Rozafa Fortress. The fare for the minibus is approximately 50 Albanian Lek. Inform the driver that you are going to Кalaja e Shkodrёs. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes. Alight at the fortress entrance where you can purchase tickets to enter the site.

If you are already near the center of Shkodra, you can walk to Кalaja e Shkodrёs. Head southeast on Rruga Skenderbeu, then take a left onto Rruga e Dajçit. Continue straight for about 1.5 km. Once you reach Rruga Rozafa, turn right and walk for another 2 km. The total walking distance is around 3.5 km and will take approximately 40-50 minutes. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path may have uneven surfaces.
