If you're starting from the center of Tirana, head towards Skanderbeg Square. From the square, walk down the main street, Rruga 28 Nëntori, towards the National History Museum. Once you reach the museum, continue down Rruga Rilindasit until you see the entrance of Murat Toptani Street on your left. Turn left onto Murat Toptani Street, and you will find Kalaja e Tiranës on your right after a short walk.

From the center of Tirana (Skanderbeg Square), take bus line 5 or 7 from the nearby bus station. These lines will take you towards the area near Kalaja e Tiranës. Get off at the stop named 'Murat Toptani'. From there, walk down Murat Toptani Street for about 5 minutes, and you'll see Kalaja e Tiranës on your right.
