If you're starting from the center of Tirana, head towards Skanderbeg Square. From the square, walk down the main street, Rruga 28 Nëntori, towards the National History Museum. Turn left onto Murat Toptani Street, and you will find Kalaja e Tiranës on your right after a short walk. There is no cost for this approach.
