If you are near the National History Museum, exit the museum and head south on Boulevard Zogu I towards the Skanderbeg Square. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the large open area of Skanderbeg Square, which is the Center of Tirana.

From the Blloku area, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 7 or 11. These buses head toward the city center. Get off at the Skanderbeg Square stop. From there, you can easily walk around the square and explore the center.
