    If you are driving from the center of Vlora, head southeast on Rruga Sazani towards Rruga Dhimiter Konomi. Continue straight for about 3 km. Then, take a left onto Rruga e Plazhit and continue for another 5 km until you reach the junction with SH8. Turn right to merge onto SH8, following the signs for Dukat. Continue for approximately 16 km, passing through Dukat i Ri. Keep an eye out for the signs to Grama Bay. You'll need to park at the designated parking area near the beach. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 200-300 ALL (Albanian Lek).

    To reach Grama Bay via public transport, start at the Vlora bus station (Stacioni i Autobusëve). Look for buses heading towards Saranda, which usually stop in Dukat. After disembarking, you can either walk for approximately 4 km to Grama Bay or take a local taxi for about 400-600 ALL. Taxis can be found near the bus drop-off point.
