From Sheshi Shkodrani in central Vlorë, walk south along Rruga Ismail Qemali towards the waterfront. Continue to Rruga Dhimitër Kamarda, turn left, and proceed towards the beach. Rruga Rebi Alikaj will be on your right, leading directly to Plazhi Vjetër.
