    If you're driving from the center of Vlorë, head north on Rruga Ismail Qemali. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Justin Godar. Turn right onto Rruga Justin Godar, and you will find Vlora Old Town at the end of this road. There are parking facilities available nearby, but be aware that some areas may have parking fees, typically around 2-3 Albanian Lek per hour.
