Walking
From the center of Vlorë, start at the main square, Sheshi i Pavarësisë. Head southeast on Rruga Aleksandër Moisiu for about 500 meters until you reach Rruga 28 Nëntori. Turn left and continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers. You will see signs for Zvërnec and the beach area. As you continue, you will reach a junction. Here, take the road leading to Zvërnec towards the coast. After another 1 kilometer, you’ll come to a fork; keep right towards the Zvërnec Monastery. Once you reach the monastery, you can ask locals for further directions to the cave, as it is a short hike from there.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the main bus station in Vlorë, take a bus towards Zvërnec. These buses usually leave every 30 minutes. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Zvërnec, ask the bus driver or locals for directions to the Zvërnec Monastery. From the monastery, it’s a short walk to the entrance of Haxhi Ali Cave, following the signs that lead you through the scenic area.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Vlorë. Start from the main square and head southeast on Rruga Aleksandër Moisiu. Continue onto Rruga 28 Nëntori and follow the same directions as walking, but on your bicycle. The route is relatively flat and scenic, taking you through a couple of picturesque areas before you reach Zvërnec. Make sure to lock your bike at the Zvërnec Monastery before continuing on foot to the cave.
