Walking

From the city center at Sheshi i Flamurit (Flag Square), walk southeast on Rruga Ismail Qemali towards Rruga Aleks Buda. Continue until you reach Rruga Vlorë-Sarandë, then turn left and walk for about 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Rruga Mateo Matathia; Déjà Blue Villa will be on your left after 500 meters.
Public Transport

From Vlorë bus station, take a local bus towards Saranda or along the coastal road. Ask the driver to stop at Rruga Vlorë-Sarandë. Get off after 10-15 minutes and walk towards Rruga Mateo Matathia, approximately a 10-minute walk. Head east, then turn right onto Rruga Mateo Matathia; the villa will be on your left. A bus fare is approximately 30 ALL.
Taxi

Taxis are readily available in the city center. Provide the driver with the address: Rruga Mateo Matathia, Vlorë 9501. The ride should take 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Expect to pay around 1800 ALL for a 5km ride.
