Walking
If you are in the city center of Vlorë, start at the main pedestrian street, 'Rruga Aleksandër Moisiu'. Walk northwest until you reach the intersection with 'Rruga Ismail Qemali'. Turn left onto 'Rruga Ismail Qemali' and continue straight for about 500 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the large green park on your left. When you reach the end of 'Rruga Ismail Qemali', you will find yourself at Flag's Square, which is a large open area marked by a prominent flagpole.
