From Flag Square (Sheshi i Flamurit), walk inland, away from the main coastal promenade. Take Rruga Justin Godar, which leads directly into the heart of Vlora Old Town.

Vlora has a public bus system. Look for the 'Tulla Unaze' bus, which passes near the Muradie Mosque. Get off near the mosque and walk a short distance to the Old Town. A one-way fare is 40 Lek.
