Two bus routes travel near the National Park of American Samoa. Look for buses in the Pago Pago Village area with signage for Vatia, a village located within the park. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the Visitor Center. Bus fares range from $0.50 to $2.00.

    Taxis are readily available at the Pago Pago International Airport and throughout Tutuila. You can also flag down a taxi from any safe location along the road. It is best to confirm the fare before starting your journey. Taxi fares in American Samoa are regulated. From the airport to Pago Pago harbor, the taxi fare is approximately $15.
