Turn left onto Carrer de la Font and continue to Carretera General AD100. Turn right and walk along the road for 15-20 minutes. Palau de Gel d'Andorra will be on your left.

From the center of Canillo, take the local bus service towards Palau de Gel d'Andorra. Look for the bus stop near the Canillo Church (Església de Sant Serni de Canillo). The L3 and L4 bus lines will drop you off at the Palau de Gel stop, right in front of the complex. The bus ride takes approximately 5-10 minutes and costs around €1.30 - €4.10.
