Espai Benestar, which translates to "Wellness Space," is a thoughtfully designed leisure area nestled alongside the Valira River in the heart of Sant Julià de Lòria. Inaugurated in 2021, this space provides a serene environment for locals and tourists alike to unwind and connect with nature.
The space features comfortable benches and a safety railing to prevent access to the river, making it a secure location for visitors of all ages. The area spans over 1,000 square meters and offers a tranquil atmosphere, especially welcome during hot weather. The park is open from 8 AM to 12 AM during the summer and 8 AM to 6 PM during the winter.
While offering a tranquil retreat, it's worth noting that as of October 2024, access to Espai Benestar is temporarily closed due to construction on the Rocafort tunnel. This closure is to ensure public safety during the construction phases, which are expected to continue until 2027.
