From Andorra la Vella, take the L3 or L4 bus towards Canillo. The bus fare is approximately €4, and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Palau de Gel' stop, which is a short walk to the complex.

Taxis are available in Canillo. A taxi ride from the center of Canillo to Palau de Gel will cost approximately €35-€45 and take around 15 minutes. Taxi services can be contacted via Andortaxi or Andorra Transfers.

Palau de Gel d'Andorra is located on the Carretera General in Canillo. There is a parking lot available near the venue. Parking charges may apply. From Canillo, head towards the Carretera General; the Palau de Gel will be on your left.
