The Comú of Encamp acquired the house in 1995 and opened it as a museum in 2000. Authentic details throughout the house, such as a stone slab sink, a secret money-hiding drawer, and a centuries-old christening gown, tell poignant stories of a life marked by both restraint and pride.Today, Casa Cristo stands as a testament to a bygone way of life, offering visitors an immersive experience of Andorra's rural past.
