Completed in 2016, the platform extends 12 meters out over a cliff, providing unobstructed panoramic views of the Pyrenees and valleys below, enhanced by a sculpture of a contemplative figure at its edge.

Driving
From Andorra la Vella, take the CG-2 towards Canillo. Continue on the CG-2, passing through Canillo, and look for signs for the CS-240 towards Coll d'Ordino. Follow the CS-240 for approximately 6.5 km. A large parking area will be visible on the left. Park here and walk the remaining 400 meters to the viewpoint. Parking is free.

Public Transport
From Andorra la Vella, take Bus Line L4 towards Canillo. Get off at the Canillo bus stop. From there, transfer to a local bus that goes towards the Roc del Quer viewpoint. Note that bus service directly to the Mirador may be limited, especially outside peak season. Check the bus schedules in advance. Alternatively, a taxi from Canillo to the Mirador costs approximately €20-€30 each way.
