The plateau is well-marked, and you should be able to find a dirt road leading up to the plateau. Be cautious as the last portion of the route may be unpaved. Ensure to check your fuel levels, as there are limited gas stations along this route.

Once you arrive in Chinguar, you can either hire a local guide or arrange a private taxi to take you to Planalto do Bie.
