Boat
To reach Mussulo, take a boat from Luanda. Head to the Marina de Luanda, about 6 km from the city center, accessible by taxi or moto-taxi. Purchase a boat ticket to Mussulo; boats typically depart hourly or when full. The boat ride is approximately 30 minutes. A taxi from city center to the marina may cost around AOA 1,500-3,000. Boat tickets can range from AOA 2,500-5,000 per person. Check the boat schedule in advance.

Alternatively, use public transport by taking a minibus ('candongueiro') from Luanda to 'Praia de Luanda'. From Praia de Luanda, walk to Marina de Luanda to catch a boat to Mussulo. Minibus fares are very economical, around AOA 200-500. Then follow the boat guidance. Be aware that the minibuses can be crowded.
