Start at the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal, which is located on the main road in Blowing Point Village. From the terminal, head east along the main road (Blowing Point Road) towards the roundabout. Continue straight, following the road as it curves to the right. You will pass by some local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs that indicate Captain's Bay. After about a 15-20 minute walk, you will reach a small pathway on your left that leads down towards the beach. Follow this path until you arrive at Captain's Bay, which will be on your right.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Blowing Point Village. Start at the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal and head east on Blowing Point Road. As you approach the roundabout, stay in the right lane and continue straight. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, look for a small dirt road on your left that leads towards Captain's Bay. This route will take about 10-15 minutes depending on your biking speed. The path is relatively flat and easy to navigate.

For those who enjoy hiking, you can take a scenic route starting from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal. Begin by walking east along Blowing Point Road. Once you reach the roundabout, continue straight. Instead of taking the first left towards Captain's Bay, continue walking until you reach the second left, which will lead you down a more natural trail. This trail will take you through some beautiful scenery and will lead you to Captain's Bay after about a 30-minute hike.
