    Taxis are readily available at common arrival points like the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal and Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport. Taxi fares are fixed and regulated, with rates posted at the airport and ferry terminal. A taxi from the airport to The Valley is approximately $26 for two people, plus $5 for each additional passenger and $1 per additional piece of luggage. Be aware that there's an extra charge of $4 for trips between 6 PM and midnight, and $10 for trips between midnight and 6 AM. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

    If arriving at the airport or ferry terminal, several car rental agencies are available. To rent a car, you'll need a valid driver's license from your country of origin and US$25 to purchase a temporary Anguillian driver's license, valid for three months. Driving is on the left-hand side of the road. Renting a car provides the most flexibility for exploring the island's various beaches and attractions. Gas stations are located across the island and accept US dollars and credit cards.
