From the Antigua Cruise Port (Heritage Quay or Redcliffe Quay), the cathedral is a short walk inland. Head east on Redcliffe Street, then turn left onto Church Street. The cathedral will be on your left. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes.

Buses from other parts of Antigua arrive at the East or West Bus Station in St. John's. From either station, the cathedral is a 10-15 minute walk. From the West Bus Station, walk east along Market Street, then turn right onto Church Street. From the East Bus Station, walk west along Independence Avenue, turn left onto High Street, then right onto Church Street. Bus fares within St. John's are typically around EC$3.
