From the center of Bolands, head north on Valley Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the VC Bird Monument on your left-hand side, just past the intersection with the road that leads to Jolly Harbour. The monument is easily recognizable and is located near a small park area.

Find a local bus stop in Bolands. Look for a bus heading towards St. John's. Once aboard, inform the driver that you want to get off near the VC Bird Monument. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Valley Road, and from there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the monument, which will be on your right.
