From anywhere in central St John's, the Cathedral is easily accessible on foot. As it is located on a hilltop, simply head uphill towards the most prominent building in the city's skyline. From the cruise port at Heritage Quay, walk east along the main street (High Street), then turn left onto Church Street. The cathedral will be on your left. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for a leisurely walk from the waterfront. There are no costs involved.

Buses travel to St. John's from all over Antigua, and the East and West Bus Stations are both within walking distance of the Cathedral. From either station, follow the walking directions above to reach the Cathedral. Bus fares within St. John's are typically around EC$3 (approximately US$1.10). Note that buses operate primarily between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Taxis are readily available throughout St John's. A short taxi ride from anywhere in the city center to the Cathedral should cost around US$7-12 (EC$19-32), but confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Taxis can be found at the airport, major hotels, and designated taxi stands.

If driving, navigate to Church Street in St John's. Parking can be found on the streets surrounding the cathedral, with paid parking lots available nearby, such as the Heritage Quay Parking Lot. Be aware that on-street parking may be limited, and new 45-minute parking permits are being introduced in St John's. Ruthlyns Car Park, near the ferry terminal, charges EC$5 for two hours. St. John's Car Park, on the other side of the city center, is another option.
