Take Line B of the Buenos Aires Subway (Subte) from your nearest station towards the 'Juan Manuel de Rosas' direction. Get off at the 'Catedral' station. Once you exit the station, head towards Av. de Mayo and walk east until you reach the intersection with Av. 9 de Julio. At this point, you can see the iconic Obelisk. From there, walk down Av. 9 de Julio until you reach Av. Corrientes. Turn left onto Av. Corrientes and continue until you reach the 'Plaza de la República'. From Plaza de la República, head towards Av. Libertador and take bus number 20 or 28 towards Puerto Madero. Get off at the stop 'Av. Int. Hernan M. Giralt' and walk a short distance to Costanera Sur.
