From the plaza, walk south along Avenida Corrientes until you reach Avenida Córdoba. Turn left and walk until you reach Puerto Madero. The YPF Tower will be on your right.

From your current location in Buenos Aires, locate the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 20 or 29, both of which travel towards Puerto Madero. Make sure to check the bus schedule for arrival times.
