Walking
Acequias del Cielo is located a few kilometers outside of Cafayate. From the center of Cafayate, start at the main plaza and head southeast on Avenida 9 de Julio. Continue for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Ruta Provincial 68. Turn left onto Ruta Provincial 68 and walk for approximately 3 km. Look for a sign indicating Acequias Del Cielo (VXVH+2R). The entrance is on your right. There is no fee to enter the site.
Car
From the center of Cafayate, head southeast on Avenida 9 de Julio. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Ruta Provincial 68. Turn left onto Ruta Provincial 68 and drive for approximately 3 km. Look for a sign indicating Acequias Del Cielo (VXVH+2R). The entrance is on your right. Parking is available near the site. Parking is free.
