    From El Calafate city center, a taxi is a convenient way to reach Mountain Park. Taxis are readily available and the ride takes approximately 20 minutes, covering about 15 km. Expect to pay around ARS 1200 - ARS 1600 for the trip. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

  • Public Transport

    To reach Mountain Park by public transport, take a bus from El Calafate to El Chaltén. The bus departs regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes about 3 hours. Once you arrive in El Chaltén, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare service to reach Mountain Park. Taxis may cost around ARS 1500 to ARS 2000, depending on the time of day and availability. A one way ticket from El Calafate to El Chalten is AR$ 35.000. Keep in mind that there is also a municipal tax of AR$ 2.000.

  • Car

    If driving from El Calafate, head east on Route 11. After about 60 km, take the exit toward Calle 3015. Continue straight until you reach Calle 3015 Nº 2028. Parking is available near Mountain Park, and there are no additional costs for parking.
