Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start from the main entrance of Iguazu National Park. Take the road leading into the park and follow the signs toward the visitor center. The Área Institucional do Centro de Recepção de Visitantes is located at Conj. C, Foz do Iguaçu - State of Paraná, Brazil. Ensure you have cash or a credit card for the park entrance fee, which is approximately 70 ARS for locals and around 1500 ARS for foreign tourists. Once inside the park, continue along the main road until you see signs pointing to the visitor center.

• Public Transportation

  To reach the Área Institucional do Centro de Recepção de Visitantes using public transport, you can take a bus from the center of Foz do Iguaçu to the Iguazu National Park entrance. Buses such as the Line 120 or Line 124 connect the city with the park. The fare is about 30 ARS. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can either walk to the visitor center or take the official park shuttle service, which may incur an additional cost of around 200 ARS. The visitor center is well-signposted from the park entrance.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi or use a rideshare service like Uber from your location in Foz do Iguaçu to the Área Institucional do Centro de Recepção de Visitantes. The trip should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost approximately 1000-1500 ARS. Ensure the driver is familiar with the location, as it is important to specify that you want to go to the visitor center in the national park.
