Turn left (east) onto Avenida Independencia and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenida Constitución. Turn right (south) onto Avenida Constitución and continue walking for about 10 blocks. When you reach Plaza Primera Junta (a small square), you'll see the entrance to Plaza del Agua on Güemes 3271 on your right.
