From the city center, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal de Omnibus. Catch the local bus number 221, which heads towards Chapadmalal. Stay on the bus for about 25-30 minutes, and get off at the stop for 'Paseo Costero'. The bus will drop you off near the intersection of RP11 and Paseo Costero. A bus card is needed. Bus fares are approximately ARS $50-100.
