Purchase your ticket to the 'Itaipu' or 'Jardim Itaipu' stop. The bus ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Jardim Itaipu' stop, disembark and walk along Av. Tancredo Neves for about 200 meters until you reach your destination at Av. Tancredo Neves, 6702.

    If you prefer a private ride, you can find a taxi at various locations around Puerto Iguazú, especially by the main square. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Itaipu Biological Refuge' located at Av. Tancredo Neves, 6702. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

    If you are near the border area of Puerto Iguazú and feel adventurous, you could walk to the refuge. Start from the center, head towards Avenida Brasil, and follow signs to the Tancredo Neves bridge. Cross into Brazil and continue on Av. Tancredo Neves for approximately 3 kilometers. Keep in mind that this is a long walk and be sure to carry your identification as you will be crossing an international border.
