From the center of Puerto Iguazú, head south on Avenida Victoria Aguirre towards Avenida Tres Fronteras. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida General Manuel Belgrano. Turn left onto Avenida General Manuel Belgrano and follow it for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to Reserva Selva Iryapú on your right. Look for the sign indicating the nature reserve.

Locate the nearest bus stop in the center of Puerto Iguazú. Take bus number 15, which heads towards the outskirts of the city. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Reserva Selva Iryapú. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the signs leading to the entrance of the reserve.
