If you're driving, head towards the main road (Ruta Nacional 9) that runs through Quebrada de Humahuaca. From the center of Humahuaca, drive south on Avenida 9 de Julio until you reach the intersection with Calle Sarmiento. Turn right onto Calle Sarmiento, and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see Iglesia Santa Rita on your left at the address Y4630 Humahuaca, Jujuy Province. There is usually parking available along the street.

To reach Iglesia Santa Rita using public transportation, take a local bus or taxi from the center of Humahuaca. Buses run frequently along Avenida 9 de Julio. Ask the driver to drop you off at 'Calle Sarmiento'. From there, it is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the church. Walk north on Calle Sarmiento, and you will find Iglesia Santa Rita on your right. Make sure to have some coins ready, as the bus fare is typically around 20 ARS.
