From the Microcentro area, walk towards Avenida Pellegrini. Continue down Avenida Pellegrini until you reach Calle Chacabuco. Turn right onto Calle Chacabuco and continue for about 500 meters. Parque Urquiza will be on your left, just past the intersection with Avenida Languasco.
