If you prefer public transportation, you can take Bus Line 103 from the nearest stop on Avenida Pellegrini. Board the bus and ride for about 5 stops. Get off at the stop named 'Chacabuco y 3 de Febrero'. From there, walk 2 blocks east along Chacabuco Street, and you will arrive at Parque Urquiza. The bus fare is approximately 50 Argentine pesos.
