Walking
If you are in the city center, start at Plaza Independencia, the main square of San Miguel de Tucumán. From Plaza Independencia, head southeast on Avenida Sarmiento towards Calle 24 de Septiembre. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Roca. Turn left onto Avenida Roca and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle Santa Fe. Turn right onto Calle Santa Fe, and you will find Plaza Urquiza at Santa Fe 480, just ahead on your left.

To get to Plaza Urquiza via bus, find a nearby bus stop that services routes towards the city center. Take a bus that heads towards Avenida Sarmiento. Once you reach Avenida Sarmiento, get off and walk southeast to Calle 24 de Septiembre. From there, follow the same walking directions as mentioned before: continue straight until you reach Avenida Roca, turn left, then right onto Calle Santa Fe, and Plaza Urquiza will be at Santa Fe 480.
